Fundraiser

Nicole Tucker, candidate for Ulster County Legislature, held her first party for friends and supporters at the Lazy Swan this past week. A great deal of local community members and dignitaries came to show their support for Nicole as she launches her first bid for elected office.

Former School Board President, Don Tucker said, “I am really pleased to see Nicole get involved in public service. I believe we need young, motivated people in government. As her uncle, I’ve known her all of her life and I can vouch for her intelligence and enthusiasm for helping others and I know she will represent us very well in the legislature. The fact that she returned to Saugerties after leaving for college and working in Washington, DC really shows her commitment to this community.”
